1. KEY TASKS

-Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.

-Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

-Understand about resealing method about how to get information and jet potential Client.

-Has Negotiation strategy to attract Customer to use the Company's Service 

-Communication Strategies and interpersonal skill

-Provide Customer feedback as well as explaining customer to understand the company Service

-Supervise business operating in the assigned areas

-Implement the company’s strategies in responsible sales territory

-Develop monthly sales plan from the quota set for the sales territory and identify ways to achieve the targets

-Ensure the achievement of its work plan built according to the company’s 

-Manage responsible operators through the maximization of the tools used by the company (sales reports, etc)

 

2. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

-Bachelor or Master degree in the field of marketing or related field

-Fluently in English language for speaking and writing Process Business properly.

-Professional Ethics 

-At least 3-4 years experiences

1. KEY TASKS:

-Reviews complaints for nature, scope, and severity in consultation with supervisor

-Participates in case file management and research, to include opening and closing of cases

-Solve the dispute case based on the resolution of dispute policy 

-Provides the assistance to department representatives and others in the application and/or clarification of dispute resolution policies, procedures, and documents.

-Designs and develops specified reports, documents, and routine correspondence on procedural and policy issues, as assigned

-May serve as a co-mediator in work related disputes, as assigned, and may participate in the delivery of mediator training programs.

-May participate in the development and recommendation of sale and agent control policies and procedural for improvement the agent performance 

-Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by line manager

Network engineers are responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, developing and, in some cases, designing communication networks within an organization or between organizations. The goal is to ensure the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for their users. Users may be staff, clients, customers and suppliers. -Troubleshoot network, WiFi, Switch and internet connectivity

3. SPECIFICATION:

-Bachelor Degree in computer science or higher

-At least 1 or 2 years working as an IT Support.

-Strong using Linux, Windows server, and Web servers.

-Good knowledge in computer networking and understanding about CCNA

-Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

-Good written and spoken English 

-Ability to work under pressure and extra hours to meet set target
