 1. KEY TASKS:

The Developer Efficiency team strives to provide solutions that help improve developer efficiency, productivity and quality. As a Senior Developer

on this team, you will work in a collaborative agile team environment. You will be encouraged to perform at your best, and will be challenged to

develop elegant solutions to complex problems. On a daily basis, you will provide insight and direction on how to solve the problems we

are working on. You will apply your knowledge of modern software design, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks, with an understanding

of application performance and maintainability. You will work alongside developers and technical leads on a team where pair programming and mentoring

is regularly practiced.

Maintaining collaborative relationships with other developers is extremely important to the success of our team; The team’s deliverable are designed to

be adopted by other teams without any mandates. Treating other developers with respect and listening to their feedback will be key to your success here.

-Contribute in all phases of the software development life cycle.

-Developing core system and gateway (java, ruby).

-Supporting care center when agent/dealer has some issue. 

-Prepare and produce releases of software components.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Full life cycle application development using standard frameworks and coding standards/patterns

-Build software applications by following coding standards, builds appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.

-Participate in specification/design reviews, code reviews, code coverage test reviews, and audits of adherence to coding and testing standards

-Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.

-Collaborating with Product Managers, UI Developers and UX Designers to create responsive UI.

-Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies.

-Determining requirements for new system or new features and documentation of modifications and new code procedures.

-Develop and maintenance 

-Gateway with Ruby and Java.

-Web Service API with Ruby on Rails.

-Java API Using { Spring and Hibernate Framework }

-Design and develop a database for storing information with Postgresql.

-Discussing with team to find good solution for develop high quality of software.

-Deploy system when release project at night.

-Perform or direct revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

-Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation.

-Train new team member in programming and program coding.

-Support team testing.

-Research New Technologies and Library.

-Handle other tasks related to Core requested by management.

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

-A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or 3 years of equivalent experience.

-Experience with RESTful web services, SOAP, XML, JSON, JUnit, Spring Framework, Maven and design patterns as well as Agile software development methodology.

-Knowledge of object oriented design, programming and testing techniques

-Experience developing high quality code, and being accountable for technical delivery of projects to specifications within the given timelines.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong work ethic with ability to work independently, prioritize & manage work to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java Spring Hibernate,Vaddin.

-Good understanding of object-oriented programming.

-Object-oriented programming (OOP).

-Market survey & feedback to Sales Team to reinforcement

-Working closely with relevant department to ensure that operation are working properly

-Make sure that all marketing material (Banner, I-Stand…) was deliver on time to support sales Team 

-Control and check on daily ,weekly and monthly report to make sure that our stock in and stock out was balancing 

-Make sure that all terminal that was create buy TM was delivery on time to the province for Sales Team installing.

-Control and alert to all relevant department to make sure that we have enough material in stock for used or process order. 

-Make sure that Request Cash advance by monthly for Material and terminal delivery fee. 

-Clear cash advance with finance

1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Work with marketing team about planning for making marketing material during the month 

-Work with Marketing team and Suppliers to find out standard materials for producing Marketing Material like Full Branding, Normal Branding (Light Box, Shop Sign….)

-Communicate with suppliers for providing Quotation from Suppliers to Legal based on standard materials which approved by committee for Supplier Agreement ( More than 6 months

-Doing quotation benchmark (comparison) to select the best supplier for Non-Agreement Suppliers

-Preparing summary report of price, quality, production period, and other related criteria to Committee if Agreement Suppliers and Non-Agreement for DOH and Country Director for approval before start production.

-Work with supplier and risk team to do agreement if it is required

-Prepared and Place P.O to confirm supplier for starting production for Non-Agreement Suppliers

-Do supplier record to track detail about report of changing market price, supplier assessment and so on.

-Collect all invoices, Delivery Note with confirmed from Warehouse Controller, Completed Application Form, Dealer agreement, and other related documents.

-Communication with Sale Team/ Marketing Team for status of installation branding

-Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.

 

2. SPECIFICATION:

-At least 1 years of experience in administrative work

-Administration experience is preferable

-Familiarity with finding quotation, working supplier, and understanding supplier behaviour

-Interest in market dynamics along with business sense

-A knack for negotiation and networking
