Quality Assurance Officer (1 Post)

 

 1. KEY TASKS:

-Work close with IT tester and project owner on new system build up, new product, and service launch, any change system by analyzing the

 potential risks, or any other improper scenarios which might occur and make TRUEMONEY lose 

-Make testing plan with normal and abnormal scenario

-Monthly testing report and report to Risk Management and fraud Manager

-Make recommendation for any potential risks to any stakeholder before new product and service launch 

-Follow up the testing result/issue pending with all relevant stakeholder ensure that testing is fully completed with without any mission,

 error, or any suspicious 

-Make sure the new product and services is launched on timely manner

-Ensure the completed document supports/reports for each new product and service of TrueMoney for annual auditing

-Any other tasks assigned by line manager

 

 2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Bachelor Degree in law and economic

-Have knowledge on IT skill 

-Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines

-Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team 

-Ability to interact with people from varied cultural background

-Knowledge of both common and civil law

-Sound problem solving skill with high flexibility

-High talent, smart, proactive 

-Willing to work OT at night sometimes

1. KEY TASKS:

- To Prepare Working Plan with targets and sale strategies  for Corporate Sale team

- To prepare and check the proposal prospect clients

- To prepare and check the contract for clients  

- Implement the sale strategies to develop the sale growth and target achievement.

- Plan, Organize, Control and evaluate sale promotion activities.

- Collect the market situation report and pricing with timely and accurately submission

- Keep professional relationship with key personnel in target accounts

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To Prepare Working Plan with targets and sale strategies  for Corporate Sale team

- To commit achievement target with sales target planning

- Implement the sale strategies to develop the sale growth and target achievement.

- Mange and lead a sale force, Provide guidelines and problem solving to ensure the sale team are fully motivated and achieve the expected performance.

- To comply policy and achieve the sale performance.

- Conduct on the job and off the job training to sale team with the effectiveness.

- Collect the market situation report and pricing with timely and accurately submission.

- Be able to communicate and coordinate between sale departments.

- To promote of corporation image or brand name of company’s services

- Attend meeting to help sale staff to close deal.

- To Prepare/review weekly reporting

Database Administrator (DBA)

 

1. KEY TASKS:

The DBA will be part of a highly capable and motivated team working on solving the hard problems of scalability, availability, and performance on a global

platform.

This position will involve supporting primarily relational database technologies. The DBA will bring expertise in building and maintaining databases environment.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with Application Developers, Report/BI Developers on database design changes to meet business requirements.

- Building and maintaining core database objects with open source technologies, ETL

- Tuning and improving database performance and working with large amounts of data

- Create models for new database development and/or changes to existing ones based on business requirements.

- Implement redundant systems and data archiving to ensure effective protection and integrity of data assets.

- Establish appropriate end-user database access control levels.

- Assists in developing and implementing best practices for backup and recovery

- Assist in defining and implementing maintenance plan for the database systems

 

3. SPECIFICATION (Job Requirement)

- B.S. in computer science, information systems or comparable field required

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Database Administrator with PostgreSQL. Preferred platforms include Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.

- Knowledge of disaster recovery principles and practices, including planning, testing, backup/restore, replication.

- Knowledge of Linux system (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL).

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking

- Strong SQL skills, ideally including PostgreSQL

- Understanding Linux system admin skills and some experience in networking protocols

- Strong analytical skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fast learner, creative thinker, problem solver

- Team player, highly motivated and self-manageable

Requirements:

• Good organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding

• Experience with agile methodology and data-informed product development

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; storytelling; ability to speak to business people, partners and engineers
