1. KEY TASKS:

-Manage product communication across the company including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback

and managing issue resolution.

-Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local branding to upscale sales teams to approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions. 

-Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Using knowledge of the market and

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Identifying training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business

managers and human resources departments;

-Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the company and the individual;

-Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an company, such as line managers, accountants and senior

managers at board level;

-Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs is

becoming increasingly important;

-Developing effective induction programs;

-conducting appraisals;

-Devising individual learning plans;

-Producing training materials for in-house courses;

-Managing the delivery of training and development programs and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the organization;

-Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;

-Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;

-Evaluating training and development programs;

-Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;

-Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation

-Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions and weekly sales meetings

-Execution of company merchandising

-Maintain the sales quota through inside sales at retail store on a daily basis

-Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within his/her department

-Prepare cost analysis, quotes and profit calculations

-Maintain knowledge of new products and research, primarily computer systems

-Availability to work at any time of the day and at the hours necessary to open and close the store, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to build and maintain relationships and apply skills; and to train and develop staff

-Ability to be on the feet most of the day, or moving on the sales floor or stock room

-Must be able to perform physical activities on the job, which include kneeling, lifting, bending, carrying, walking, climbing and/or reaching on
