1. KEY TASKS:

Business intelligence use data to figure out market and business trends for TMN KH to increase profits and efficiency. Business intelligence analysts gather this data through a number of ways, from mining a company's computer data through software, looking at competitor data and industry trends to help develop a picture of where the company stands in the industry, where they can improve and where they can reduce costs.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops and build Business Intelligence strategic frameworks

- Define, build and develop use cases and solutions to solve business problems using methods such as optimization, clustering, regression, statistical inference and any relevant techniques

- Explore, develop and be a pioneer in harnessing the domain of text mining, social network analysis, sentiment analysis and usage of unstructured data in the organization

- Work on all aspects of creating predictive intelligence including collecting requirements, establish analytics work plan, data exploration, cleansing, and preparation, identifying features, selecting algorithms, building and testing models, interactively improving solutions

- Analyzes performance trends and indicators and recommend necessary actions to achieve business goals

- Present complex ideas and their value proposition to non-technical audience as a coherent story with clear and easy to follow conclusions

- Provide guidance to business decisions with interpreting statistics, prepare high-level presentations of data for executive review.

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

 

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, or similar quantitative discipline

- 3-6 years working in a similar quantitative role

- Exposure to big data systems and methodologies such as Big Query, Python

- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Micro-strategy.

- Proficiency in using statistical modeling tools such as R, SAS, SPSS

- Experience in extracting, cleaning and preparing data for modeling

- Having great communication & presentation skills

- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills

- Good team player, result oriented attitude, strong attention to detail and analytical mind

- Understanding of business principles and concept and able to bridge the gap between business vision and technical deliverable.

Campaign Owner Manager (Mobile Top Up, Money Transfer)

 

 

1. KEY TASKS:

The role is within the business line for the TrueMoney wallet, a line driving the growth and developing new products for Mobile Top Up, Money Transfer use-cases. Working under the Head of Growth and working closely with the Head of Marketing, the campaign owner will create campaigns in a variety of formats. Building a pipeline of partners, he will be responsible for the flow and mechanics, product requirements and execution of each campaign. Focusing on customer experience and forging new digital solutions, his campaigns will drive and sustain the growth of the consumer user base. This role is based in our Phnom Penh office and will work closely with our regional Ascend Money headquarter team in Bangkok.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Devise marketing campaigns from inception to completion with the aim of acquiring and retaining the use cases wallet customers.

 

 

- Build a pipeline of and manage the relationship with partners.

- End to end design of the flow, mechanism, rules and conditions for each campaign.

- Work closely with the product team to translate the key campaign requirements into a product roadmap.

- Project managing the campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives. (Daily transactions, monthly active users, MDR and revenue)

- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies who will deliver the campaign activity. (Such as designers, operations, risk & fraud, legal & compliance and marketing)

- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns.

- Create and manage the campaign budget, with the supervision of the business line manager and finance.

 

- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including evaluation of KPIs.

 

3. SPECIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.

- Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns or building customer centered solutions from inception to completion. (Preferably working with multi-national companies.)

- Able to communicate in English both spoken and written.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels and good influencing skills.

- Skilled Excel, Google Sheets user. Able to understand and build complex spreadsheets

- Organized, can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Iteratively proactive, practical and platform-oriented with “Get things done!” attitude. A creative problem solver with a great story telling ability.

- Highly committed with strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

- Relevant industry understanding of Mobile Top Up, Money Transfer

- Campaign execution or project management experience.

1. KEY TASKS:

Focus on supporting client on processing payroll and releasing on time.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Preparing payroll submit and sent to clients

- Double checking excel file for clients a head before submitting the final once

- Make sure payment have received before releasing payroll and following instruction, timeline which set by respective clients

- Checking with sales support team in case payroll staff account cannot be verified or not yet update, wrong information

- After payroll released have to verify again with report in system to make sure it was corrected

- Keep related documents for supporting and issue invoice to clients

- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report

- And performs other task assigned by line manager

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

- Bachelor degree in accounting, banking and finance or related field

 Wallet Growth Manager

 

1. KEY TASKS:

The Product Owner / Growth Team Manager in TrueMoney Wallet team will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy and execution of the end-to-end consumer experience of our TrueMoney Wallet evolving services offering. The leader will be a pioneer who shape a new customer experience path, rather than following the competition, to help TrueMoney deliver new products and key processes and features that will increase growth as well as shaping the right product driven culture for TrueMoney. This role is based in our Phnom Penh office and will work closely with our regional Ascend Money headquarter team in Bangkok.  

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Spearhead the development of the next generation capabilities and translate this key customer experience strategy into a product roadmap

- Analyze customer journey quality of experience, define business requirements, features, functionality, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through customer journey lifecycle.

- Work closely with Business Intelligence to analyze customer funnel, spending behavior, customer life cycle and create retention program to achieve business KPI in terms of activation rate, active rate, frequency of usage and retention rate.

- Initiated and execute new approaches to activate and retain customers to achieve business KPIs in terms of activation rate, active rate, frequency of usage and retention rate.

- Collaborate with data analyst, business owners, creative and marketing teams to develop and execute onboarding program and promoting marketing campaigns via SMS and push notification and Email Direct Marketing (EDM).

- Plan and implement marketing segmentation campaigns via BTL communication channels to analyze effectiveness of communication channels, campaign mechanics, customer’s segmentation and timeline.

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

-Bachelor Degree or higher that included mathematics, statistics, data science or a similar field with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably working with multi-national company, with large datasets and experimentation.

- Experience with working in a large-scaled customer environment (commercial, operation, product, technology).

- Additionally, experience in digital (performance) marketing or customer management, management consulting.

- Familiar with extracting data from large databases with expert in at least one data analysis package or dashboarding/visualization, e.g., PowerBI, Tableu,  BigQuery, SAS, R, SPSS, etc.

- Able to conduct statistical analysis or experimentation with a business focus

- Skilled Excel, Google Sheets user. Able to understand and build complex spreadsheets

- Organized; can manage multiple, competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure

- Able to communicate fluently in English both spoken and written
