Sales Executive

 

1. KEY TASKS:

- Create new business leads

- Identify potential customers

- Maintain contact with new and existing customers.

- Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.

- Collect, analyze evaluate market information to increase productivity of sales

- Promote & sell

- Achieve monthly sales target

- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform sales actions to achieve monthly assigned sales target

- Collaborate with Sales Supervisor on customer specific requirement

- Increase product and service brand awareness through various activities

- Gather market and competitor information and report to relevant person(s)

- Maintain strong relationship with customers

- Deal with team/other departments to resolve complaints made by customers

- Report all sales relevant reports in daily basis, weekly basis, and monthly basis

- Intellectual person and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

- Doing others as assigned by manager

 

3. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

- Finish high school or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other business related fields is a plus

- Basic English language (speaking, reading, writing)

- 1 year experience of sales 

- Strong commitment and working responsibility

- Intellectual person and able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

- Computer Skill, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Internet & Email)

- Good inter-personal and presentation skill

- Can work with minimum support and supervision

- Flexible and fast learner

-Purchase and Control Stationary, fixed asset, and  Office Cleaning Supply

-Arranging telephone Sim card for new staffs

-Preparing and Checking Monthly Invoice for Making Payment Request like Office Rental, Electricity, Car Rental, Security Guarding Service and other to Finance for processing payment

-Controlling Taxi-choice by comparing staffs  (receipt got from staffs) and receipt with invoice from Company Taxi-Choice

-Go to Bank as assigned by Line manager

-Controlling and Arranging Schedule Pest Control with Supplier

-Controlling Security guard, Electricity, ATM machine of Phillip Bank control

-Receiving and Checking  Delivery Note receipt from warehouse controller

-Controlling Repair and maintain Air-conditioner, printer, table, chair and other

-Arranging document from all departments for courier to local and oversea

-Cooperate with Finance Officer for Counting Company Fixed Asset every 3 months

-Preparing and Transferring Fixed Asset to Staffs

-Prepare First-Aid

-Perform other tasks may be assigned by line manager.

 

3. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

-At least 1 years of experience in administrative work

-Administration experience is preferable

-Familiarity with keeping clean of office and building

-Interest in market dynamics along with business sense

-A knack for negotiation and networking

-Oversee and monitor the TrueMoney Agent’s fraud behavior 

-Oversee on system and keep track on the suspicious transaction done by TrueMoney Agents and customers

-Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations into allegations of fraud, waste or abuse committed by both internal and external parties against TM Company

-Review and research evidence/documents to analyze the overall fact pattern of claim and fraudulent data into a professional report with recommendations

-Prepare and coordinate field assignments to obtain relevant evidence and information

-Manage and prioritize a large and varied case load effectively and efficiently to achieve positive results

 

2. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

-Proven working experience in related field

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact with clients and upper management 

-Ingenuity and persistence to obtain case information not readily available with an eye for detail

-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

-Good organizational skills needed to manage a high volume of assigned cases

-Hands on experience with relevant Information System

-IT technical support officer maintain the computer systems of large organizations, ensuring that they run smoothly and providing technical

support and advice to computer users.

-Create new Terminals for Agent and  Sales Team testing

-Create Card to Sale staff for visiting

-Inactivate Account of dealers after Sale Support request to Refund terminals

-Exchange Terminal, Smart Card, SIM Card, Adapter, Battery 

-Resolve Terminals problem after Sales Team or Care Centre Team report each issues

-Request to remove dealer Refunded from GTL

-Write Card and import Customer Cards in system

-Import serial Terminals, Adapter, SIM Card for mapping

-Report to Technical Manager

-Create new terminals for agent and dealers. 

-Control Terminals Reject 

-Renew terminals, smartcard, Adapter when it’s lost

-Resolve terminals problem after sales team and care center report the problem.

-Change Status Dealers after delivered to sale support team. 

-Generate daily and monthly report of new terminal, smart card, rejected. 

-Sending Request to GTL to delete for terminal reject.

-Import terminals, Adapter, Battery, Smart Card, and SIM to Truemoney System

-Charge New Terminal’s Battery.

-Write customer’s Cards  

-Report to Senior Network Engineer. 

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Test Terminals to make sure it works well with other accessories such as adapter, SIM Card, Smartcard.

-Check all accessory of Terminal Refund

-Follow up with Sale Support to return existing SIM Card Exchange

-Change location of Terminals returned in stock (Sales team and help desk) 

-Record all Terminals Refunded and change location of terminals.

-Resolve Terminals problem after Sales Team report the problem(terminals not work, smartcard, and SIM)

-Control stock of Terminal Refund

-Report Terminal Refund and remove dealer Refund 

-Record all terminals take out

-Respond to the request of broken/lost SIM Card, error SIM, adapters, terminals, and batteries

-Change location of Terminal, SIM Card, Battery, Adapter after replaced the new one for them

-Update SIM Card Exchange, Battery, Adapter after Sale Support return it back to our stock in system and report it by date in excel

-Update Terminal Lost/ SIM Card Lost/ Adapter Lost in system

-Check all SIM Card broken and send to replace the new one 

-Request to block SIM Card Lost

-Report Terminal Broken send to stock

-Report Terminal Testing

-Test new terminals to make sure it works well with other accessories such as adapter, SIM, Smartcard.

-In-active terminals after reject and check material and make sure that it correct with the system when return back.

- Generate DID in the TTS system to create new dealers according to their regions

-Import terminals, adapter, battery, smart card, SIM to system for create new terminals.

-Change location of terminals retuned in stock (Sales team, sale support and help desk). 

-Record all terminals rejected and change location of terminals.

-Resolve terminals problem after sales team report the problem (terminals not work, smartcard, and SIM).

-Follow up rejected terminals in order to make sure accessories of terminals are correct and on hand.

-Control stock of smartcard, Adapter and battery

-Report all transactions of creating new terminals, 

-Record all terminals take out

-Respond to the request of broken/lost Smartcard.

-Handle other tasks related to Core requested by management.

 

2. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Associate degree in English 

-At least five years’ experience in the related field 

-Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

-Can use internet and email 

-Have some basic knowledge of IT

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Team management experience is a plus

-Ability to work under pressure and extra hours to meet set target

-Bachelor Degree of Business Administration Banking and Finance

-Two years’ experience on Assistant Manager and Cashier  

-Three years’ experience on technical support

-Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

-Can use internet and email 

-Have some basic knowledge of IT

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Very good in writing and speaking English

-Team management experience 

-Ability to work under pressure and extra hours to meet set target
