Senior Procurement Officer

 

ROLE PURPOSE:

To order goods & services to support operation team and internal customers, follow up delivery from suppliers, seek for new sources and evaluate suppliers performance

 

1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- RFQ, tender, price comparison and negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts

- Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies

1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Calling direct to new client for make appointment

- Presentation company Bill Payment service to prospect clients

- Follow up, convince and negotiate with prospect account to close

- Handle request biller form to Product team

- Gather feedback from Client to develop recommended solutions

- Handle client complaint, question and other request

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing client in person and via telephone calls and emails;
