Procurement Manager

 

1. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Checking all purchase and payment request from all departments

- Analysis volume work of activity and material production marketing plan in monthly

- Analysis Suppliers to make sure select the best supplier with good service and minimum cost

- Create workflow or related letter of production process between company and supplier

- Find and update strategy to investigate background and bargain price with supplier

- Checking all quotations of all purchase request from marketing team for Non-Agreement Suppliers  and check with Committee for Agreement Suppliers

- Checking and analysis the production assessment report from supplier

- Checking and explain the summary report of price, quality, production period, and other related criteria to Committee for approval of standard material of product and standard cost.

- Check all quotation for benchmark from Procurement Officer

- Solving any problem happening eventually with supplier

- Car control (Booking, Maintenance, and cleaning)

- Building Fixing, maintenance and construction

- Controlling Admin Tasks

- Logistics - clearance like card / POS and other

- Controlling and Support Team

- Controlling on license on Branding and Company Signage 

- Communication with government people like Ministry of Interior, City Hall, or Tax Officer

- Perform other tasks may assigned by line manager

 

2. SPECIFICATION:

- At least 5 years of experience in a procurement / purchasing role

- Administration experience is preferable

- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management

- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense

- A knack for negotiation and networking

- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

- Multilingual ability

- Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
