Care Center Supervisor

 

1. KEY TASKS:

- Find information and methods to attract potential clients

- Negotiation strategy to attract customers to use the company's services and complete profile on the customer's contract

- Provide customer feedback, as well as explaining to understand the company's services.

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and manage our call center team

- Train new team members

- Manage daily activities of our call center

- Provide ongoing coaching to the call center team, including counseling, career advice, job support and encouragement

- Handling customer enquiries

- Actively monitor risks to spot potential problems, and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance

 

3. SPECIFICATION:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar

- At least 3 years experienced in Call Center

- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good computer abilities required. (Word & Excel, internet)

- Must be diligent, hardworking and honest
