Customer Service Officer

 

1. KEY TASKS

-Convince Customer Walk in to Sign Up TrueMoney Account.

-Enquiries and complaints handling

-Serves, provide information and perform TXNs to walk in customers

-Keeps customers informed about new promotion of TrueMoney

-Control Cash Flow in Retail store 

 

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Reconcile report with finance by daily  

-Management credit and cash to make sure that our cash flow can serve customer 

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Report 

-Provide information to all customer walk in 

-Perform Transaction for customer 

-Keep inform customer about product and service or promotion 

-Handle all complain of customer 

-Keep convince all customer walk in to sign up TrueMoney 

-Find solution to customer when they have problem

 

2. SPECIFICATION/Requirement

-No Experience needs 

-Experience in customer service is a plus

-Student at university in any new field 

-English proficient

-Computer literate( Ms. Office &  Excel)

-Be able to work with flexible time as required
