Key Tasks:
• Serves customers by providing product and service as well as promotion information
• Handle customers’ complaint/enquiries and resolving product and service problems
• Control daily cash flow and reconciliation with report by end of day
• Perform transaction carefully and accurately
• Manage administration

• Welcome customer warmly and perform every transaction for TM agent/customer accurately to meet up their satisfaction
• Provide information to all customer who walks in about TM product/service and promotion
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Convince customers who walk in to sign up TrueMoney Account/Wallet
• Receive and verify the physical cash both in USD and KHR before performing the transaction
• Hang up for any error amount for solution and reporting to line manager to acknowledge and action
• Preparing daily/weekly and monthly physical cash reconciliation in hard copy with signature for finance in the purpose of month-end closing
• Come to work on time and follow the task that have been assigned by line manager

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• University student or fresh graduate in finance and accounting
• English proficient
• Computer literate (Ms. Office & Excel)
• Working hard and good at problem-solving
• Be able to work with flexible time as required
