Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate customer needs and expectations and make recommendations about products or features that TrueMoney should consider developing to enhance a positive customer experience
  • Gather relevant data needed to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations about steps that TrueMoney can take
  • Together with product managers, monitor, evaluate, and improve processes to keep the customer experience at its best. You will explore the customer journey to pick out opportunities for bettering user experience
  • Lead workshops, interviews, focus groups, and other techniques to effectively understand business problems and user needs within complex products or services
  • Contribute to the creation of best practices through the identification of opportunities and new ideas
  • Assisting business owners with use cases
  • Be proactive and utilize critical thinking to make the right decisions for our customers and business
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital, financial, and innovation trends, best practices by doing research


Skill and Specification:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business or related field
  • 3 years working experience
  • Excellent in oral and written English
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with customer research, creating a persona, mapping customer journeys, writing user stories, and being the voice of the customer
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to elicit business requirements from a variety of stakeholders and represent the voice of the business and the customer
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with G-Suite, BigQuery, Tab3leau, Google Visual Studio, JIRA, or similar tools preferred
  • Confident in justifying and making decisions
