Responsibilities

  • Supports the Onboarding Program for new employee
  • Leads on employee engagement by initiates & drives all activities to keep TrueMoney’s employees have high satisfaction
  • Initiates reward program for top performers
  • Leads the committee in organizing Strategic Workshop and Town Hall
  • Manages the budgets to ensure all programs are lunching within budget plan
  • Any other tasks assigned by the line manager

Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, human resource management, education, business or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in engagement role, human resources, education or a related area
  • Ability to plan, lead team or event
  • Able to perform G-Suit
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Khmer and English
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills in Khmer and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to work under pressure and budget constraint
