- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Must understand about True Money products and services
- Must be kept in touch with the relevant department to solve agent/customer’s issue appropriately
- Providing good quality service delivery to agent/customer
- Be friendly and helpful to meet the customer’s satisfaction
- Log report accurately
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Able to understand customer requirements & proposed solutions.
- Keeping customers informed about services and promotions
- Provide accurate information about True Money products and services
- Handle customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate area for action
- Following up to close the agent/customer’s issue effectively
- Take care in existing customer expansion
- Be able to satisfy customers and solve complaint with customer
- Bachelor degree or fresh graduated
- At least one year of experience related to customer-oriented.
- Knowledge in English speaking, listening, and writing.
- Computer literacy
- Be patient, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving
