Responsibilities

– Analyze business processes, to identify and recommend changes in systems, processes, and policies

– Handle all phases of planning and tracking including budgeting, task and resource scheduling, along with process control.

– Perform business requirements gathering and conduct gap analysis if required

– Select trainers, conduct orientation, and supervise the user acceptance test team;

– Take meeting minutes, communicate to stakeholder, and follow up on actions from the meeting

– Assist in managing/executing of local/regional project implementation in order to produce the required business functionality within the budgeted time and cost.

– Assist in leading the development of new operations and finance procedures including, but not limited to, user and policy manuals.

– Ensure timely implementation of assigned business projects within time frame as set.

– Regularly update line management about the progress and challenges encountered during the implementation of the projects.

– Report on performance trend of products/ services of TM to line management and other key relevant management.

– Provide all technical support to TM’s operation team members and other key staff especially the research pool to ensure that all are able to conduct the research projects in the appropriate manner.

– Coordinates quality control by convening regular meetings, set agendas, develop and analyze performance improvement data, design and implement the necessary quality control processes and systems.

– Communicating with key stakeholders to identify appropriate opportunities for improved service quality and developing strategies to implement. This will be achieved by:

+ Attending internal customer management meetings.

+ Proactively soliciting feedback from business segments and taking responsibility for consolidation and development of action plans stemming from the feedback.

– Full understanding of internal policy and procedural requirements as well as regulatory/statutory requirements of statutory/regulatory bodies.

– Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Senior Manager, Project Management.

 

Requirements

– University degree in IT, business, economics, or accounting.

– Good communication and presentation skills.

– Have knowledge and capability of written and verbal communication in English.

– Good interpersonal skills

– Know all TM business and products

– Use formal and informal contacts to achieve the task and deadlines

– Should be able to identify and fill gaps in the market by developing project proposals to fill the identified needs.

– Have strong IT aptitude/knowledge – spreadsheet, power point, internet and email.

– At least three-year work-related experience in the financial sector especially in the field of market research, product development and project management.
