Responsibilities

  • Maintains the existing number of agents outlets, Improve quality, liquidity & ensure all agents are active services
  • Identifies new potential locations for the growth of agents outlets or growth of market share
  • Improves existing agent performance from inactive to active, from medium to high performed
  • Determines strategic planning related to new product launch
  • Leads sales team with effectively and efficiently
  • Building good relationships with business partner (Agent), well manage and negotiate to ensure there’s no/less complaints
  • Keeps company reputation with Business Partner (Agent)
  • Participates in the overall Company strategy
  • Anticipates the expected results and any different trend, analyses
  • Builds sales activities and drives team to achieve monthly target
  • Assists Head of Sales in any projects and tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences in sales and marketing field, including business planning and analysis
  • Be able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
  • Sense of urgency, focus and follow in order to deliver high quality results
  • Be a project owner by engages, drives project agenda and timeline for existing and new project-related matters
  • Be flexible and able to travel
